"It is our passion and our mission to put more good out into the world one thought at a time."

“You have such a wonderful way with the students.”

As an educator who is focusing on physical and mental well-being, this book and presentation brought those concepts to life in an approachable way. Teachers have already spoken with me about how useful your visit was.

— H. Wallace-Edmonds Teacher & Librarian Cameron Public School, Toronto Ontario

"Thank you for teaching my students to use mindful breathing to be more aware.”

My students loved the wrist snuggler bracelets that they made and activated with their good thoughts. They had so many questions for the author. Thank you Christy for teaching my students mindfulness through your descriptive book.

— S. Levin Teacher, Maple Ontario

We'd love to meet you!

It is our joy to bring Mind Snugglers to new audiences. Allow us to engage your group with mindful breathing techniques, a discussion of what inspired us to create Mind Snugglers and a live book reading.  We can lead a variety of hands on projects for various age groups and are always happy to sign or illustrate copies.  Each visit to a school or organization aims to provide children with fun tools and reminders to nurture good thoughts daily. Program is best geared toward kindergarten to grade 3.
